ITI Mutual Fund is set up as a Trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 and SEBI vide Registration No. MF/073/18/01 dated May 14, 2018, has granted registration for ITI Mutual Fund under the provisions of SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996.
ITI Mutual Fund is sponsored by The Investment Trust of India Limited (erstwhile, Fortune Financial Services (India) Limited) and Fortune Credit Capital Limited. The Sponsors are the Settlor of the Mutual Fund Trust. The Sponsors have entrusted a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh only) to ITI Mutual Fund Trustee Private Limited (the Trustee Company) as the initial contribution towards the corpus of the Mutual Fund.
